Volunteer
We have no paid staff at the New York Cycle Club. This ride runs entirely on the energy and dedication of volunteers like you.
Depending on your volunteer activity, you can even ride Escape New York after your shift is done.
Marshal
Ride to designated spots on the route, assist riders when needed, answer questions, and cheer them on! Note that every marshal is required to do a pre-event ride with the Marshal Captain.
Registration
Check in riders arriving at Sakura Park on the morning of the ride. Provide them with their wristbands, and answer questions and set them quickly and safely on their way.
Rest Stop
Staff rest stops along the route, providing food, water, and encouragement to keep riders fueled and motivated.
SAG
Support and Gear vehicle crew — assist riders who need mechanical help, medical attention, or a ride back to the start.
Route Marking
Mark the route before the event so riders can navigate safely. Includes placing signs, arrows, and course markers.
